About

Dr le Roux has been working in the Mid North Coast area since 2012 in both the public and private sector. He has private consulting rooms in both Taree and Forster where he tends to a thriving and varied practice.  He is a member of the Australian Orthopaedics Association and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons. Dr le Roux keeps up to date with the current orthopaedic trends and is an advocate of further education.

Dr le Roux maintains a strong relationship with local physiotherapists and works in conjunction with providers to ensure that his patients have the best care available to them.

Dr le Roux operates in the Forster Private Hospital, Mayo Private Hospital and in the Manning Rural Referral Centre at Taree where he also rotates in an on-call capacity for traumatic injury and emergency surgery.

Since establishing LRC Ortho in July 2015 our patient base has expanded and  Dr le Roux now consults three days per week in order to cater to this growing need.

Preparation for consultation with Dr le Roux involves an appointment with your General Practitioner who will arrange the necessary pre-consultation assessments and provide you with a referral.  If you are coming to see Dr le Roux regarding an issue with your joints or bones it is recommended that you have current x-rays and copies of the relevant investigations.

Please ask your referring GP to send us your referral, including all relevant investigations so that a timely booking may be offered.
